It is, that process of development from infancy to maturity where in, one adopts gradually in various ways to one’s physical and spiritual environment. The institution that adheres to the dictum, what is “heard is forgotten”, what is “seen is remembered” and what “ one does, he / she understands” , could only stay relevant. At R.P.A we are aware that many internal flaws are brought on by external circumstances and only understanding leads to self realization, that comes from the achievement of both love and mastery.
